Services

Everyday notarizations, done right.

Bring your document, a valid photo ID, and every person who needs to sign. Rama will verify identity, witness signatures, and complete the notarial certificate.

Acknowledgments

You confirm that you signed the document willingly. Common for deeds, powers of attorney and contracts.

Sworn statements (jurats)

You swear or affirm the contents are true and sign in front of the notary. Common for affidavits.

Oaths & affirmations

A spoken oath or affirmation, recorded with a signed and sealed certificate.

Copy certification

Certified copies of non-recordable documents you bring in. Vital records and recordable documents must come from the issuing office.

Before you come

A two-minute checklist.

Most delays come from a missing ID or a document that was already signed. Check these before your visit.

  • Current government photo IDDriver license, state ID, passport or military ID. It must be unexpired and show your photo and signature.
  • Complete, unsigned documentAll pages, with no blank spaces. Please wait to sign until you are in front of the notary.
  • Every signer, in personEach signer needs their own ID. Bring any witnesses your document requires.
  • Know the certificate typeIf the document has no notary wording, ask the receiving office whether it needs an acknowledgment or a jurat.

FAQ

Good to know.

Still have a question? Message on WhatsApp.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Our Frisco office is by appointment only, so someone is ready for you when you arrive. Appointments are available 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM every day and must be booked at least 2 hours in advance. Same-day appointments are fine as long as they are 2+ hours away.

Can I sign my document before I come?

For sworn statements (jurats) you must sign in front of the notary. For acknowledgments it’s still best to wait. Bring the document unsigned and sign at the appointment.

What ID is accepted?

A current, government-issued ID with your photo and signature: a driver license, state ID, U.S. or foreign passport, or military ID. Expired IDs can’t be accepted.

Can you help me fill out or choose my form?

No. A Texas notary who is not a licensed attorney can’t prepare legal documents, choose a certificate for you, or give legal advice. Please check with the office that requested the document or with an attorney.

Can you notarize a birth certificate or certify a copy of one?

No. Copies of vital records (birth, death and marriage certificates) and recordable public documents must be obtained from the issuing office. We can certify copies of non-recordable documents you own.

Do you offer mobile or online notarization?

Right now we offer in-office appointments at our Frisco office only. If that changes, we’ll post it here.

How do I cancel or change my time?

Just reply on WhatsApp or text (469) 403-3685. There’s no charge to reschedule.
