What we collect
When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, preferred location, date and time, the type of service, and any notes you choose to add. Please do not enter ID numbers, Social Security numbers or the contents of your documents in the form.
How we use it
Only to schedule, confirm, reschedule or follow up on your appointment, by WhatsApp, text, phone or email. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are stored privately on our web host and deleted automatically about 180 days after the appointment is completed or cancelled. Texas law separately requires notaries to keep a record of notarial acts; that record is kept as required by law and is not part of this website.
Who can see it
Only Rama K. Kothamasu. Our web host and email provider process data on our behalf to run the website. Messages you send on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Your choices
To update or delete your request, message us on WhatsApp or text (469) 403-3685.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded maps are provided by Google and may set their own cookies when displayed.
Important notice
